Julie Otte is a Emotional Release Therapist, Holistic Counselor and Brain Health Coach in private practice in Grand Rapids, MI. She helps individuals of all ages overcome the negative effects that stressful or traumatic life experiences have an effect on how a person thinks, feels and behaves. She specializes in upsetting events, trauma recovery, relational trauma, children of narcissistic parents, and self-esteem matters and brain health.
She has experience helping clients heal from: childhood abuse (emotional, verbal, physical, sexual), lack of attention, affection and nurturing in childhood, post-traumatic stress disorder, heartbreak recovery, relationship endings, divorce issues, betrayal, affair recovery, anxiety, depression, grief, anger, emotional abandonment, physical abandonment, career issues, and the effects of growing up with a self-absorbed, narcissistic or alcoholic parent.

Ultimately, she helps her clients identify these experiences, find the ability to let them go and have a more authentic connection with themselves, so they in turn have a more genuine connection with others.
