THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN BRAIN HEALTH COACHING AND PSYCHOTHERAPY
While the focus of psychotherapy is on the causes and treatment related to mental health and issues from the past, coaching is focused on making lifestyle changes in the present and goal setting for the future. My clients are generally healthy people (of ALL ages) who want to make changes in their lives and want the support of their own personal coach to help them achieve more in less time.

HOW COACHING WORKS
First we assess where you are and where you want to be. Then I provide you with a roadmap, positive support, feedback, tools, and encouragement. Your autonomy is always respected, while challenging you to think differently or suggest that you try a different or even more radical approach than you normally would. It’s never my job try to control a client’s thoughts, actions or life, only help guide, encourage and support your best efforts.
FREQUENCY OF COACHING SESSIONS
Coaching typically works best with a weekly in person, via skype or phone so clients have time to integrate new ways of thinking and behaving in between sessions. After the initial session, you can expect sessions last between 30 to 45 minutes. These will provide you with new learning, challenges and encouragement to continue growing your brain.
Brain growth series 12 weeks
Personalized brain growth program for individuals struggling with memory concerns, cognitive decline or desiring a stronger and bigger brain. This program is a deep dive into what YOUR brain needs do now to be sharper, healthier and think clearer.
Brain booster crash course - 4 weeks
This is an overall brain growth program for those who want to boost their overall general brain function without specializing in certain regions. This is a great way to learn about the brain, what grows and shrinks the brain along with tips, exercises and accountability.
Executive Brain Growth Series - 6 weeks
Personalized brain growth program for your executive team/leadership that gives them individualized and personal ways to grow their brain, increase brain function and build brain reserve. This is tailored to help your executive team think better, smarter and create new neural pathways.
Corporate Brain Boosting - 4 week group learning experience.
Does your team need a boost? Julie provides a group learning experience for groups and teams to build their brains, learn new tools and tricks and improve brain function. This is a fun and interactive class that gives your team the tools to build a bigger brain.
